- Open the holding in your portfolio and tap Withdraw.
- Enter an amount, or choose Redeem All Units to withdraw everything.
- Confirm, and verify on the BSE page if asked.
The money is credited to your registered bank account, usually within 2–3 business days.
Exit load and taxes, if applicable, are deducted from the amount you receive. Check the fund's exit load before redeeming.
ELSS funds
Units of ELSS (tax-saving) funds have a 3-year lock-in from the date they were allotted and can't be redeemed before the lock-in ends.
